E-Commerce & Sales Administrator

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory, and order processing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and customer service.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce or sales administration.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
