📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of HVAC systems and cold storage facilities.
- Lead a team of engineers to ensure timely and efficient resolution of maintenance issues.
- Implement best practices in HVAC maintenance to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to address HVAC-related issues.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to reduce costs.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and engineering.
- Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heat Pumps (RACHP) from a recognized institution).
- Proficient in using HVAC software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
