Pratama Insurance is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and providing support in the accounting department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Process and input financial transactions into the accounting system.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and supporting documentation.,Provide support in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an insurance company.,Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
