📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure.

Provide information about the hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.

Assist with housekeeping and maintenance requests.

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred but not required).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with basic computer software and hotel management systems.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Fluency in Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
