📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough analysis of mining data using industry-standard software such as Surpac, Datamine, or MineSight.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize mining operations, including blasting, excavation, and haulage.
• Monitor and evaluate mining equipment performance to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with the geology and mining teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on mining operations, including performance metrics, cost analysis, and environmental impact assessments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the mining industry, and recommend improvements to the mining process.
• Participate in safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on the use of mining optimization software and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the mining industry.
• Proven experience with mining optimization software such as Surpac, Datamine, or MineSight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the mining industry.
• Certification in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
