📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Promote our hotel's membership program and upsell membership benefits to existing guests.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Manage and analyze sales data to track performance and make data-driven decisions.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales and marketing plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service in the hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.,Knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry is a plus.
