📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually,Assess employee performance and provide feedback,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs meet organizational goals,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the food industry,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus,Experience working in Bali or a similar tropical environment is a plus
