📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage and train store staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve the shopping experience.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
