📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Resolve operational issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse environment.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
