📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory control, including stock taking, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and supervise store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in merchandising activities, including display setup and promotions.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
