Tanggung Jawab:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.Attend and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with the local market and industry dynamics in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan.🛠️ Keahlian
