📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct regular reviews of distribution performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to distribution.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution plans and schedules.,Provide support to the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with distribution management software and systems is a plus.
