In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Develop and implement food menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff,Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients,Ensure food quality and portion control,Handle customer complaints and maintain high standards of service,Plan and organize kitchen schedules and staff assignments,Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards,Certification in culinary arts or related field is a plus
