📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Oversee recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, including performance reviews and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct training and development programs for employees.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce productivity.
- Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and issues.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
- Proven experience with HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools like Greenhouse or Lever is a plus.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
