Oversee and manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Develop and implement electrical designs and specifications, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations.,Conduct safety inspections and audits, ensuring all electrical work is safe and compliant with regulations.,Mentor and guide junior electricians, providing them with the training and support they need to succeed.,Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Maintain accurate records of all electrical work, including inspections, maintenance, and repairs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into your work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician, with a proven track record of success.,Strong technical background in electrical work, with a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations.,Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior electricians.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid electrical license and certification, as required by law.,Familiarity with electrical software and tools, such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
