📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Oversee training and development programs for employees,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support business goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using HR software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus
