📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
