📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify key qualifications.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate performance.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and actively seek out passive candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer preparation and onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
