📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions within the company.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
