📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the requirements for each position.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide updates on the recruitment process.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
