📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and customer requirements.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Experience with remote work and kitchen management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Valid food handler's certificate.
