This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia with a stable internet connection.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware,Monitor system performance and ensure uptime,Manage user accounts and access permissions,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives,Document IT processes and procedures,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies,Good problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Valid ID and NPWP
