📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure product availability.,Promote and demonstrate products to increase sales.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive team performance.,Participate in store events and promotions to boost sales.,Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers.,Proficient in using sales software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to travel and work in different locations if required.
