📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
