📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Conduct job analysis and create accurate job descriptions to ensure we are attracting the right candidates.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for our open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Contribute to the development of our recruitment brand and employer value proposition.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian labor market and employment laws is a plus.
