📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and identify potential creators, influencers, and digital professionals through various channels, including social media, industry networks, and job boards.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with our team to evaluate candidates' portfolios, social media presence, and engagement metrics.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain relationships with top talent and industry contacts.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital talent acquisition.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the agency's strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the digital or creative industries.
• Proficient use of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Bangka Belitung market and digital landscape is a plus.
• Certification in recruitment or a related field is a bonus.
