📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and coordinate entertainment events, concerts, and performances.
• Manage and supervise a team of event staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our entertainment events.
• Negotiate with vendors and performers to secure the best deals and ensure the quality of our events.
• Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to maximize event attendance and revenue.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the entertainment industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale events.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for the entertainment industry.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
