📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize operational accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and company standards.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and drive profitability.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and reliable financial data.
• Monitor and manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of financial excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational accounting, with a strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Proven track record of driving financial efficiency and profitability.
• Certification in CPA or CMA is a plus.
