📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist visitors, providing information about the gallery's exhibitions and artists.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of art installations, ensuring they are displayed beautifully and safely.
• Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and potential collectors.
• Manage the gallery's front desk, including ticket sales and reservations.
• Assist with the organization of events and exhibitions, including setting up displays and managing guest lists.
• Collaborate with the gallery's curators and artists to ensure the gallery's vision is realized.
• Maintain the gallery's cleanliness and order, ensuring that the space is always welcoming and inviting.
• Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and promotional events to attract new visitors and collectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or gallery-related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of visitors.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.
• Familiarity with art and cultural spaces, including knowledge of local and international artists and movements.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Indonesia.
