📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist experienced Montessori teachers in providing one-on-one support to children with special needs.
• Help prepare and organize Montessori materials and learning environments.
• Support children in their daily routines, including meals, rest, and outdoor activities.
• Document children's progress and communicate with parents regularly.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individual education plans for children with special needs.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all children.
• Assist in the implementation of Montessori-based activities and lessons.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Certification in Montessori Education (e.g., AMI, AMS, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a Montessori setting.
• Strong knowledge of Montessori principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
