📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, including chefs, waitstaff, and support staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Plan and organize events, promotions, and special menus to attract customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
