As part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest cabins, as well as providing front office support to our guests.

In this role, you will be working closely with our team to deliver outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing cabins for new guests, ensuring that all amenities are in working order, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. Additionally, you will provide front office support, including check-in and check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and general assistance as needed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest cabins, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
• Prepare cabins for new guests, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
• Assist with front office duties, including check-in and check-out procedures, guest inquiries, and general assistance.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and disinfectants.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety and hygiene protocols.
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution.
• Assist with special requests and events, as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or hospitality roles.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and disinfectants.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid ID and clean driving record, as transportation to and from work may be required.
• Familiarity with the English language is a plus.
